Once your order is confirmed, we will contact you to fill out a questionnaire (brief) in which you can share further with us about your project, as well as deliver references to us, and we will review your needs for developing your project.
We will ask you for the information and content to take it into account for the strategy and designs (information, texts, images, logotypes, etc.) Please remember to check the spelling of your texts and the image quality!
We will start working on the content strategy and the design. The design and communication will be based on the brief comments and the references you have delivered to us. We will deliver the proposal for approval or modifications 15 days prior to posting.
After having your approval, we will schedule the content according to the agreed dates for posting. Our team will be constantly monitoring your account and interacting with any comment or action. At the end of the month, we will provide you with a performance report of your account.
The following requirements have to be met to start with your project:
– Brief: Filling out a questionnaire consisting of specific questions, suggestions and/or references in order to be able to create the design and understand the needs of your project.
– Access to your social media accounts: We will request you to register us as admins or editors for performing the monitoring and follow-up of your account.
– Content: Full required information for creating the material design (logos, brand or product images, etc.).
