It is an assistant that communicates with users via text message. It is also known as a virtual agent integrated into websites and apps (e.g., Facebook, Messenger, and Instagram) with the aim to keep a conversation going and provide assistance to users by answering their questions and enabling a form of communication with you at any time of the day.
Once your order is confirmed, we will contact you to fill out a questionnaire (brief) in which you can share further with us about your project and the required communication flow.
We will request you the access credentials to your website to perform the configuration and integration of ChatBot Tidio on your website. We will also request the access credentials to perform the configuration of the messaging system you have selected.
We will start working and keep you up to date of the configuration process. We will review the comments or modifications and, once the project is approved, we will conclude the configuration.
The following requirements have to be met for the appropriate configuration of your chatbot:
– Brief: Filling out a questionnaire consisting of specific questions, suggestions and/or references in order to be able to develop the communication flow that your project requires
– Credentials to access to a website for the appropriate configuration of the selected integration.
–Credentials to access to the selected messaging system.
